Ed Carcarey works in television and radio advertising and he says that he would do it 24 hours a day if he didn't have to sleep. But he wasn't always a star employee...or even a good one at that. Through his time in the military, playing football, dealing with anger and failing at a few business ventures, Ed learned the importance of mentorship and serving those around you. It was these mentor relationships that showed him a better way to be a man, and eventually led him to Jesus. Ed talks to host Mike Pick about how we might redefine success as being connected to and serving those around us in our community.
